Some people want to believe that there isn't any time or place in which hate is ever appropriate, but I feel that there are situations in which hate is really the most emotionally healthy response. This seems to be one of those situations.

This. Which was reinforced when my therapist said 'your homework is to hate things.'

your anger is so strong, i can feel it from here. anger is a powerful emotion. this is healthy, but please make sure you don't put that anger on yourself. use this fire as passion.

what hurts the most, this isn't just someone you met off the street and you can simply forget about them -- this is someone who has a strong link to your past and that's so hard to move on from...

you deserve so much better then this! if he does this to you, it's very possible he can do this to other people. it's nothing you ever did. you are doing the right thing to write about it and understand it.

i wish i could give you a hug. i know exactly how you feel and it HURTS so much... little things like breathing feels so much. surround yourself with loved ones and you will get through this!! ♥ xo
