Isn't it the most amazing thing to realize what life is like without depression? It never stops being amazing to me that I can have ups and downs without losing hope and joy.

I'm so glad you're feeling better! Sorry you're sick, though. I've had a little cold for the past week, as well. Snuffy, runny nose, drat it. It's been about 20 degrees outside up here in Buffalo, which isn't helping.
