The photos you share from here are always so beautiful...and sso different from the forests we have here. The parks in York are gorgeous, but in a distinctly Pennsylvanian sort of way. I would love to visit this preserve, it seems so full of a different energy than I'm used to feeling. And I just know Suzu would glory in wandering those paths. She'd live in the forests if we let her. I can just imagine her kissing the trees and dancing in those streams.

I´ve never seen wood violets before, but they do indeed look like perfect pixie resting spots.
I love love love the blossoms. Especially the unidentified pink ones- they remind me of cherry blossoms. Also, I really want to stick my feet in that stream :) I have a stream near my house and it´s really nice to look at and listen to, but as it is in the middle of a city it is really polluted :(
