I don't have pierced ears and don't plan to get them pierced (because, for some reason, the idea of having holes in my earlobes bothers me), but I enjoyed looking through these. Loveliness. I don't know what other people will think of your creations, so I picked my own favourites in the last question.
It's been years since I've tried clip-ons, so I'm not sure! I do get cranky at anything constricting/pressing on me, though, so I'd likely give up on them within an hour or so.
(I made jewellery for a little while, little beginnery things of wire. I'd never wear them for long, but I made them. I mentioned this to a college classmate as my 'random thing about you' that our lecturer had asked us to tell someone else. She repeated it, and added 'and the strange thing is that she's a jewellery maker who's not wearing any jewellery!')
You're not alone in that! I twiddle together wire and stone to make shinythings on a regular basis, but I wear four articles of jewelery regularly: two rings, one earring, and a necklace. More comes and goes, but never stays very long.
The "other" place I get my earrings from is anywhere my husband decides to shop, which can be anything from cheap stuff online to a nice pair of earrings from Jared's. After reading up on jewelry making, I see how easy and cheap it is to make your own, so I've told him not to spend any significant amount of money on earrings anymore. Also, I have a couple of nice pairs already, so at this point I wouldn't even be making any.
I typically like simple earrings. Your earrings are lovely, but probably far too fancy for me. I did like the infinity orbs though. :)
Your designs are really lovely. If I ever get some time, I've half a mind to take some inspiration from them and make a pair of earrings myself (and call them "the belenen"). :D
Sorry I'm not more help on guessing which designs might appeal to the widest crowd though; I always felt like my jewelry tastes were pretty different from the norm. But who knows.

I really adore the berries n charm set. I especially love the goddess charm. I may have to order some when I get my tax money.
