I'm totally going to check that book out. I believe most objects/locations (even man-made stuff, but things from nature in particular) have a soul and that positive energy is transformative. When I first got to Matt's apartment, it was... kind of a mess. Ze* hadn't lived there in a couple years, and ze is kind of messy to begin with. LOL. I spent a couple days sorta stressed out by the state of the place (even though ze had spent a lot of time cleaning it), but then realized it just needed some love. So I'd come in the door, talk to it ("Hello, apartment! You're here for me to live in and you're little and cute!" *giggle*), and tidy up small sections of it at a time. It still needs work, but it looks much better. Matt's mom even came in at one point to hang a new shower curtain for me, and commented on how much nicer it was in there! Haha

ohhh, yes! I also totally agree with that, all things have a "life, and a spirit, and a name" ♥
Indeed, I have that book! Emoto's Hidden Messages in Water -- also amazing! There is nothing like a visual understanding of the power of words.
(It's certainly not necessary but I do love it! It feels so right to me to read them, and makes me feel more kin with the person being talked about, since I identify as human rather than woman. (if you get what I mean) But either way is fine ;-) )
It is interesting that you brought this particular topic up. When people who are vegetarians say they are so because they don't want to hurt animals, I always wanted to point out that if you eat plants, you are also hurting them. This leads me to believe that since human beings have to eat "something" the "harm" concern is void. It seems, that plants and animals were meant to be eaten. That spiritually speaking that was a plan.
All of those photos are gorgeous, but those last two are especially stunning! Those flowers are lupines, they are some of the most gorgeous flowers ever!
