regarding your sleep pattern, are you under some stress? i know when i'm emotional tired, i become emotional drained and then i become drained in more then one way... either way, i hope you are able to locate what's getting you feeling this way! much love! xox
I think I'm just gonna keep my dreams here, and backdate them when they don't seem especially interesting.
I think I was very emotionally drained, definitely. Things have been a bit less stressful lately so I am feeling better now ♥ and sleeping a more healthy amount.
i think it's a good idea to keep the dream journal in with the regular journal. i used to try and keep them separate (years and years ago) but now on the rare occasion that i bother to write them down (i always know i SHOULD, but i never motivate in time, grah), i put them in my regular journal so when i go back (which i rarely do) and read over it, i can see if anything fits. keeping it separete makes it hard to reconcile, imho ;)
yes, I quite agree... I have dreams written in old paper journals from YEARS and YEARS ago that I keep meaning to get typed up... I've decided to start a journal where I copy in the dreams though, so I'll have them in here as well as all in one place where they're easily catalogued.
