I got a little something for shmee_ and alariya. Someone came through my line with one and I saw it and immediately thought of them both, and as soon as we had money I bought them. I can't wait to hear/read their reactions, they'll LOVE them! *is excited ( Read more... )

That sounds like a lot of fun activities! Very exciting! I hope that you have a lovely visit. I am not familiar with Atlanta area/Georgia in general, so I cant be much help in the way of suggestions.

Too bad it's not this weekend! The Ren Fest is in town - taking the whole family tomorrow (woohoo!)

Need to plan to eat at Dante's in Buckhead. My other favorite is the 57th Fighter Group next to PDK. (It's lunchtime, I'm thinking about food!)

Of course Six Flags has Goliath now, so that will be good. The big rock is a staple too - Laser show is always good.

Brasstown Bald will be great in July - the temperature at the top will be perfect!

Let me know how the skinny dipping idea in a public park goes. You could always take in a weekend at Pleasure Grove. Time it right and you could take in a nude hike!

I want to go to the Georgia Aquarium! It's only like an hour away from here, and I still haven't gone. I need to do that this summer.

I love Brasstown Bald. That's a great chice. Tubing is always so fun too, in Helen.
