Kristy came up for a few days -- and promptly took off with Rebecca and elya to North Carolina. But it didn't really bother me because I have adjusted my expectations. So what are your tastes in movies?

I prefer them to either expand my mind, uplift my spirit, or make me laugh loudly. If they don't have one of those effects on me then I consider my time wasted. I like dramas, usually, and I enjoy the occasional comedic chick-flick and Adam Sandler movie. ;-)

This is a terribly unrelated comment, I know, but

I now have a debit card! Think thats how it is spelt. Anyhow, that would maybe mean I could pay you for jewellery? I can't remember how you said I would do that, so could you tell me again please? That is only if you're feeling like making jewellery (and I can work out how to pay!).

And, I was wondering, why does elya spell her name with a little e?

AND why is one of the pictures in your friends banner upside down? Was it requested that way or was the photo upside down in the first place? I wasn't going to ask but then it keeps catching my eye every time I look.

elya spells her name with a little 'e' partly because it's prettier and partly because it is a reminder to her to be humble. ;-) She's an amazingly sweet and gentle person.

The upside-down photo? Well, she posted the photo that way in her journal and I told her that if she let me use it I'd leave it upside-down and so she let me (even though she says she's a bit shy). She's quite unique, so I like it that way. ;-)

I love going to thrift stores, I got an '80s prom dress cut the skirt off of it and now I have a sequined bustier.
