so the taxis here are mini-vans, like toyota type vans of the olden times, and the way they are identified is by names. some names i have seen: blade [written in the blade font], charity, zion train, super chic, let dem live, etc. i will see if i can remember more as some are quite interesting.

so a coworker lent me a digital camera last night and i was able to take pictures of the pets and the apartment and of me. the me ones came out bad so i deleted them. i'll try again some other time. the pet ones came out looking pretty special but hey they can't yell at me or beat me up so i'm going to post them anyway. i'm not a sophisticated LJ ( Read more... )

so i got my hair cut this afternoon by miss laura. i like her. she's fun to talk to while you are cutting your hair. i had so much hair that i was going to cut off (at least 6 inches) that she said i could qualify to have it donated to an organization that uses hair to make wigs for kids with cancer. i wondered if the fact that i have a lot of gray ( Read more... )
