Very cleverly done.

I think as a future educator, one of education's goals should be to teach students to think and analyze and decide for themselves on certain things. I think education should also include the idea that most of what we know changes, as more research is done and new evidence is found.

How to do this (teach students to question) and still keep order. Hm. I'm still working on that one.

Your entry raises questions. I wonder if Indiana will have to deal with other religions also wanting their view of orgins taught?

I haven't read the text of the bill, but apparently to avoid endorsing a particular religion the teaching of creation as an alternative to evolution (though couldn't evolution be part of an intelligent design?) can or must be of a variety of religious views -- Judeo-Christian, Muslim, Hindi, Scientology (praise Xenu!), etc ( ... )
