Don’t ask me to play it; don’t even go there. I’ll do anything by Billy Joel - "Uptown Girl," “Just the Way You Are,” “My Life,” “Only the Good Die Young” - that last one’s a crowd-pleaser. But the song that describes what I’m doing right now? How cheesy. And the song’s a little depressing, anyway.

I’d swear that the lady at a table to my left was a drag queen - the years have not been kind. She keeps checking her face in a little mirror like she can appeal its last decision.
Tip jar’s right there within reach, bub; pwn some noobs on your own time.
Ha, and double-ha! Loved both these lines.

Funny that this guy plays so much Billy Joel, because I can't stand the man's music, but then again... whatever you think will bring in the money. I remember playing Pops concerts in Illinois, where you'd always be caught halfway between wanting to put yourself out of your misery and knowing that the dreck pays as well as the good music. Gah!

Will the piano player be losing his job? Off to see!
