Fame!

Early this week the nominees for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame were announced. And just for fun, like last year, I thought I'd put up a poll to see who y'all thiink are worthy. Choose as few or as many as you like; five on last year's list were selected.

For years the Jim Croce list has been trying to get him into the R&R Hall of Fame. They are always told, "he wasn't rock and roll". But back when he played he was considered "soft rock", but now he would be considered Country or Folk.

But since I've been to Cleveland and to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, I've changed my mind. They really stress the hard rock there. The band that was playing there was so loud I swear my ears were bleeding. Not even the John Lennon letter collection could keep me in the big room.

Maybe I am an old curmudgeon. I hear Andy Rooney's job is now open, I'd better apply.

bb,

Cern

the Runaways should be inducted, along with Joan Jett and the Blackhearts

That's one of the problems with the Rock Hall, while worthy acts get honored, their precedents get ignored.

Glad Alice Cooper got in. I really think that if they should change it to the "Pop music HOF"
