As I've already noted in the FB, I've had an odd bit of sinus pressure today. I've had it before, so I know not to mistake it for a toothache. The pressure is on a nerve in my upper jaw that makes select teeth, like just an incisor, numb. Sometimes feels weird, sometimes accompanied by distracting pressure-pain. It's like a dental assistant went in

Have you seen a doctor about this odd bit of sinus pressure?
I'm suspicious about what could be causing it.
