Another reason I don't mind living in Indy

According to the Indianapolis Business Journal, a well-heeled fanboy is going to put a Superhero Museum in downtown Indy, opening in the spring.
An extensive collection, including a lot of Batmemoriabila, is promised.
But then, I wonder, what exhibits would this Super-Shrine have to have to entice you out to wilds of Indiana?

A friend of mine, one of the prop "geeks" I know, has a Herbie. :-) then another has created a KITT, and yet another wants to make a Delorean.

A different one helped me make a Wand, a la "Harry Potter", that actually has a feather inside it. Kinda neat experience.

According to the story, "on Louisiana Street across from Union Station." No exact address given, but it shouldn't be hard to find.

Well, I know I already live in Indiana (and in fact, no more than 15 miles from downtown), but what that museum would have to have in order to make me set foot in the place would be any and/or all of the following:

-X-Men stuff
-Dr. Strange
-And other strange super heroes.
