"Hello!"

Cup of coffee in hand, Rina took a sip as she exited her office and headed into the reception area. Her receptionist had called in sick, so it was just her for the day. Well, her and the strange "puppy" of a wolf. Such an odd creature. Ah well. Setting her cup down on the reception desk, she smiled at the newcomer.

"What's this?" She headed over to the young woman and peered inside the box. The meowing coming from the box was already a tell tale sign of what she saw. A litter of kittens. "Oh they're so cute. Are they yours?"

Meisa smiled back at the young woman she assumed to be the veterinarian. "Hello," she said again, shifting the box so it wouldn't slip further. The kittens mewed in protest. Meisa attempted to soothe them as the vet came to where she was. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, but you didn't want to fall did you?"

Looking up, she saw that the vet was peering into the box. She shook her head even if the other woman wasn't looking at her. "No." Meisa bit her lip. "I found them several streets over."

The black kitten with a white patch of fur over its eyes had woken up and was crawling over its protesting siblings. They were so cute. "I can't keep them." Even if she really wanted to. Especially Specs, the aforementioned black kitten she had named in her head. "I was hoping that you could help."
