On any other occasion, Ryo liked pants. They looked nice, and there weren't many things that could top the comforting feel of his well-worn jeans. Yeah, Ryo normally liked jeans.

But today the temperature had decided to shoot up to a ridiculous, eggs-cooking-on-the-sidewalk level and the air conditioning was out on his entire floor; he'd spent the better part of an hour laying in front of his open refrigerator. Naked.

"Stop yelling! You can't be serious," he protested, phone cradled between his head and shoulder as he grudgingly pulled on his underwear. "It is worth dying for!" Misono yelped, making change and fluttering her lashes at her customer. "Come back to Come Again really soon~~!" she caroled after her. "These people came out today to get ready for having sex. It's a hundred degrees! And humid! We're all gonna die!"

She'd grown up without aircon for centuries in a place with summers like this and she'd always, always been certain that death was right around the corner. The invention of air conditioning had only reinforced that.

"Also," she said a little more reasonably as nobody surged to the counter, "I don't care if you come in naked. The law would care and I think Yesung would really care, but I wouldn't. I just need you right now. Really badly need. I will give you anything if you come right now." She tipped her head thoughtfully. "Well, you might want some shoes. The sidewalk is all waver-y with heat."

"I love you forever and ever," Misono promised fervently as she hung up. She smiled at the nice couple behind the counter who were staring at her. "I'm sure he's not going to be naked!" she said enthusiastically. "But he's handsome so you can stick around anyhow!"

The next fifteen minutes were a blur of dildos, magazines, videos, handcuffs, and lube. "Do you really need lube?" she asked skeptically as she showed a man the display rack, leaning over a bit to show off her own. The sweat she thought, but...
