But he could say he was sorry for acting like the sole victim, and for taking such a long time to himself. Maybe it wasn't actually a long time, but it felt like an eternity without his boyfriend, and it hurt a lot more than it helped ( ... )

"I'm fine," he reassured Aiba, rubbing his boyfriend's chest lovingly, "You just startled me."
Not something he'd experienced before. Definitely cool though. Very handy for moving from place to place. Much better than if Aiba could fly, because then there would be heights involved and Sho didn't want anything to do with all that.

"Sorry?" Though he didn't really sound it, not when he got amusing reactions like that out of his boyfriend. It felt...kind of insanely good to have Sho back again. Things sort of fit back into place for Aiba.
"So can I tell you? Stuff I did the last few weeks? I kept track, of everything that reminded me of you...so I could tell you when- when things were okay again." Aiba peered up at Sho a little uncertainly. Was that insanely silly of him?

He smiled and left a kiss at Aiba's chin.
"You brought me into your bed to talk?" he teased, pressing his nose to Aiba's neck and inhaling deeply. It felt so good to be right here again.
"I want to hear. I'm listening."

"I don't have tentacles!" Sho reminded him with a laugh, but he nodded his head anyway and then sighed when he felt Aiba turning to hide in his hair.
"I thought of you too," Sho informed him, squeezing him gently and nudging his face back toward him so he could see Aiba's eyes. "Everything reminded me of you, even if it didn't make sense. I think I just wanted to be near you again and my brain tried to fit you in places you weren't supposed to go."
He laughed at that thought before he pressed a light kiss to Aiba's lips.
"I love you."

Aiba's laughter at Sho's sentence was cut off into Sho's brief kiss. "Mmph-mm," was all he managed to say, but that was okay too, Aiba grinning bigger than ever at Sho, and that quickly Aiba rolled them over, ever so lightly pinning the man to his mattress.
"I love you too, you know," Aiba sighed himself, nuzzling into a spot on Sho's throat and he decided it was totally legitimate to suck a little mark into comfortably warm skin. Somehow he managed to still be smiling in the midst of all this. He giggled. "Especially when you try to fit me into places I'm not supposed to go."

"I'm so glad we're here right now," he sighed, sliding his hand beneath Aiba's shirt and along his spine.
"I don't think I could have sex in front of Melvin."

And Aiba never got it wrong.
"We're filthy creatures," Sho pretended to feel bad about this, letting his lower lip jut out in a pout. But he couldn't be further from sorry if he tried. Aiba's mouth had captured his pout without trouble, and as they continued to try and speak through their kisses (which sounded mostly like strange noises and laughs puffed out their nose), he grew more and more excited about where this night would lead them.
"My Masaki," he managed to get in between locking lips. Yes. No matter what had happened, no matter the obstacle in their relationship, Aiba was still as much his and he was Aiba's.

But Sho's words filtered through, and Aiba murbled something in agreement for a moment, busy nibbling possessively at Sho's lips for a bit before he pulled back to look down at him. His Sho. "I'm all yours, Sho. Completely...totally..."
The part of Aiba that he was forced to give away didn't matter, not really, because he was forced to do it. Every part of himself that Aiba had control over was only Sho's.
Aiba had gotten just a little distracted though, in his assurances, hands wriggling between them to work up the front of Sho's shirt. Aiba needed just a little more skin, squirming himself down a little to land his lips right at the center of Sho's abdomen and suck a tingling magic kiss to the spot. "...only yours," he finished after a moment of nudging around Sho's chest with his nose.

Because just as Aiba believed himself entirely in Sho's hands, Sho knew there was no one else on Earth who could make him feel the way his boyfriend did. Sho, with no magical abilities to his name, would face any danger if it meant protecting the person he loved. Sho didn't think of himself as Aiba's possession, but more... that they were committed to one another. And that was good.
"You better be!" Sho joked, moaning loudly at that special kissing thing he'd nearly forgotten about (Aiba used it sparingly and always at the right times).

"Why can't you?" Sho responded before he'd even processed the statement. It took longer still with Aiba's tongue teasing him so completely, so perfectly, that he nearly forgot Aiba had said anything at all.
Sho's moan turned into a 'woah woah WAIT' and then he was wriggling to sit up, very much against the wishes of his body, and maybe even a part of his brain as well, given the way he struggled to manage the shift in position.
"Masaki?"

Oh there, it clicked.
And Sho was wriggling upward and Aiba pushed himself up a little bit, chewing his lip uncertainly. He peered down at his own hands for a long while where they rested on Sho's thighs, and Sho's shirt had fallen back down without hands holding it up any longer. He guessed they needed to talk about this now.
"I've never been married," Aiba admitted, he came kind of close once or twice, but it never ended well. If he could marry anyone in the world...he'd want it to be Sho. Goodness but his cheeks must be red. "It's stupid but I always kind of wanted- ...to be. But it would be illegal right? I mean I'm- I'm not even human really so. So yeah. Nevermind."
Aiba's shoulders slumped a little. He hadn't meant to bring this up, and Sho probably really didn't ( ... )

Aiba had never been married? Never? In that whole long existence of his, he'd never walked down the aisle? It was sort of interesting to think about, given Aiba could have made it happen for himself time and time again if he'd truly wanted to do so.
"If you've spent all this time not being married when you could have been, what makes you sure in only five months that you'd want to be married to me?"
He was truly curious, though maybe there was something in it for his own personal gain as well.
