Ooh, if you find out the name of that episode, I'd like to know :) I'm a casual Scrubs-watcher, and I've not seen that one before. I truly think some of the best TV episodes are created when the writers allow themselves to take risks--often times the kinds that require them to think less BIG. And DW is the sort of show that lends itself to those kinds of risks, even if the writers don't always take them. But I think that sort of format could work somehow. And it really would be lovely.

I think he could do it! The downside would be that all chance of a Sally Sparrow follow-up episode would be shot, and I hold out hope for a Sally Sparrow return. ♥

Aw I liked Billy Shipton. lol one of the major rumours before they announced Matt Smith was the guy who played Roderick in Bad Wolf/POTW. I have to admit I am less keen for a female Doctor, but I would not mind a break from the white guys.

I love that Scrubs episode! I love many Scrubs episodes, to be fair.

Hmmmm...not so sure about Roderick. Maybe, though! I could see it! ...maybe! I'm with you on not being super interested in a female Doctor, though. I mean it could either be way awesome, or way...weird.

Scrubs surprises me all the time with how good it is. Even though I know it's good, it's still like...man, so much more than a half-hour hospital sitcom. (major icon win, also.)

I have lots of ~feelings~ about a female Doctor that I am always hesitant to express becaause I am not sure if they make me a terrible person or not, lol.

LOL Scrubs has made me cry more often than Doctor Who, ngl. It is one of my very favourite shows, even if it did lose its lustre in later seasons. And the interns series does not exist.
