Not bad for a Monday

Well, I had to take an Ativan last night to get to sleep. I've had a bottle and a half left for a while and only use them if I *absolutely* have to. I took my regular nightly pills at around 10:30, but couldn't make myself go to sleep when Tom did (around 11). I was still too hyped up from the Super Bowl (wasn't that amazing?!). So, I watched
