Merry Christmas!!

(Or Merry Boxing Day. Or something.)

It's been a really, really good holiday so far. Busy, but it's busy in that good way--the "We're seeing lots of family and spending lots of time together" way, rather than the "I've got papers and projects and meetings and work" way.

Aw, you sound so incredibly happy. That is awesome.

But what about Uncle Joel?! I gotta know about his reaction to the Wii!

The Wii wasn't given until today... but it was a big hit! There were 13 layers of wrapping paper (because 13 of us contributed), and he took all the tags off and stuck them to his shirt as he opened each layer.

Pictures?

I have no idea why this excites me so, but it does. It just seems like such an awesome experience for your entire family.

I have a couple of pictures on my camera, but I haven't gotten them off yet, and I think some other people got better pictures. I know that there will be a mass email coming out with all the pictures from the day, so I'll post some when I either take the pics off my camera or I get some from my mom or cousin or someone! But yes, it was a lot of fun for everyone.

Family is fun. Mine is, at least. We really do have a good time together... I'm so glad for that.

Wow, sounds like a busy Christmas! I
I thought mine was going to be crazier than it was, but really it was pretty lowkey over all. Christmas Day was full of some running around, but it was nice. Our candle light Christmas Eve service was really pretty as well. Overall, it has been a great holiday and i am glad i still have some time off. When are you heading back to school? I hope you and Colin get to spend lots more time together!

I'm around until the 9th, so I've got another week and a half to go. Yay! :)

The busyness has been good, though. We've had fun getting around to see everyone, and since we're still getting to know each other's families, it's good to spend time with all of them (especially since we like them all...).
