How to Establish World Peace?

There can only be world peace if one of the following things occur:

#1: The strongest, most prosperous race must eliminate the weaker races so that there is only ONE race. (Hitler was on the right track.)

#2: There must be only one religion, or have a society where religious freedom is tolerated, and the following rule be made: no religion
