Nursing is not as easy as people may think. We have to know what doctors know, as well as what pharmacists know. We are generally responsible for each patient we handle, since we are the ones who are at their bedside, monitoring them, and giving personalized care

on individuality... i get that same feeling too, even if my bf and i see each other only once or twice a week. they say it's very normal to go through this stage, especially if you're always together as a couple. IMHO, as long as you're happy with what you've become, or how you are as a couple, then there's nothing wrong about it. just make sure you do some reality check every once in a while to keep your feet on the ground ;) stay happy helene .

In general, I think I'm happier... In some ways, he's made me realize both my strengths and my weaknesses, and how I still need to improve myself.

You know, I disagree. Sure, you're right in the sense that no one has a gun to our head. When it's time to choose what color socks we slip on, we can wear the orange ones with blue slacks if we really want, but I think the influences of others---particularly loved ones---is not to be underestimated. That influence, in fact, can be very frightening, indeed

That was a passionate reply. =) I do agree with you, Ian, though perhaps I wonder... after one has experienced this consuming and unmitigated love, this love that's both fabulous and devastating... could one settle for less? Could one settle for a less passionate sort of love, a more tepid one... one that involves more of the rational nature of the mind than the passionate desires of the heart?
