Ruby's sue!ness is turning me sour. I really hope she's actually a baddie and not a supergreatspecialdemonomg! I miss Katie Cassidy. :( Hell, Ruby would be 4059458025 times better than the current Ruby if she stayed as the maid! Hahaha.
I heard the deal with the Sam/Ruby wank was that if she was possessing a body with a conscious person inside of it, both her and Sam would be basically raping someone who can't consent.
... I don't know what the latest wank looks like though.

I suppose I understand the wank about rape (I've seen a few of the posts)...but considering the show made a point to say she wasn't in a conscious body, I'm sure those discussions are getting old. I at least wish people would stop tearing into each other about it.
I'm mostly annoyed with this Fandom. It's turning into a bunch of 13-year-old girls (both chronologically and maturity level) who think they know exactly what's going on (in both the show and the real world) and half the time I find myself wanting to slap people. Or at least drop the rest of the Supernatural communities from my flist.
Yeah, I did get the reasoning behind the rape argument, but since last week's episode cleared that up, I don't see why it has to continue? (I think Kripke saw it would happen if he didn't make it clear Ruby wasn't possessing a conscious body.)
I can't stand the fandom anymore. I took all of the communities off my flist, and I just converse with my own flist! Much less stress inducing. There are people who do good critiques and reviews of the show without being wanky, but someone's always gotta show up and be like "you're DUMB; LOOK HOW EDGY I AM" and then it attracts all the other people like them.
*sigh* I used to love the fandom for this show. It was full of a lot of people who managed serious, thought provoking reviews and metas. And it's just slowly slid into this bickering match where 90% of discussion revolves around whether the actors are gay or not. Who the fuck cares?? They're pretty to look at and good actors...should it matter?
I think I will pull the rest of the communities from my flist. They just annoy me.
