Since I've added some new friends [HI NEW FRIENDS!], I've attempted to make an Intro Post. It got a bit rambly, I think...but contact info's at the bottom as well.

In other news:

+ It feels like winter and Christmas and it makes me happy.

+ I got my first holiday card yesterday! Thanks trystan830! Now I just need to figure out where I'm going to display

Battlestar is amazing. It gets kind of religious and political, but I think it's easy to follow, so long as you start from the beginning.

I'm actually kind of jealous of you.... I've had to wait SO. LONG. for new episodes. There was a hiatus that lasted over a year once. It sucked.

There are a lot of people on my flist who watch it, and it's always intrigued me. I like getting into shows after they've been on for awhile (or even after they've ended). There's just something about being able to say for sure "Hey, I still have another season to watch". :) Is that cheating the system?

I've watched the first season of BSG, and bits of the second season. I LOVE the show. I LOVE LOVE LOVE what I saw of Starbuck (who totally reminds me of my first tv crush.) I don't know that I want it to be fannish sort of love, but I did enjoy the show tons even without being anywhere near the fandom.

I need to start watching it again.

Also, your intro post is cool, I might need to do one of those.

And once again I'm distracted from whatever I was doing....what was I doing? Icons I think....o.O

I've heard enough good things about BSG and I saw a promo for it the other day and thought "hmm...I should give it a shot". So I think I shall.
