I'm in tears with how perfect you captured Cordelia and how I always wished Buffy and Cordelia could connect and accept each other.

I always wanted Cordelia and Buffy to thrash out their issues, to see how much the other had grown, especially later on, so when dulcedeusex asked for this I knew when I wanted to set it and everything. :)

Oh gosh this was lovely. Both characters were spot on, and I love the small details you added always linking back to previous episodes and such. I honestly love the Cordelia and Buffy dynamic, so fics that feed that are always good for me! Man, why do S5 fics have to be so sad. Breaks my heart, but in a good way of course. Oy, I haven't read AtS/BtVS fic in aaages and this makes me all... sad in a way. It's so bittersweet. I just don't want Cordy to die. :(
Also, I'd loved to see some kind of friendship develop between them; they're different but also so similar.
