Oh, well, they're both tall boxes that are big enough for a person to fit in. But I'm looking specifically for a police box, which don't really exist in this year, and so most humans think they're some kind of old phone booth.
It's tall, a little taller than a person, and a dark blue colour, with little windows up top and a phone on the outside. There's a light on the top too. No one would have been able to get into it.
I've been told she probably isn't here, but I have to hope.
That's a quite detailed description! If I ever see such a box I'll let you know immediately.
[Private] Does the box have something important of yours inside... or is the box itself the important thing? In my experience, a person would normally refer as an inanimate object as a "her" in three cases: 1) It's a weapon. 2) It's an instrument, either musical or of their trade. 3) It's a means of transportation. Unless a circumstance turned a female being into the object, I daresay it's one or more of the three cases.

Fantastic catch! Yes, the TARDIS is my ship, and she's been stuck in the shape of a police box for quite a long time. If I can find her, I might be able to get those who wish to leave out of here--might. But if this place is what I think it is, she might not work, and if she did I'd still have a time trying to get her operational.
Of course, before I even try anything like that, I'd have to figure out if it'd hurt my friends' timeline for me to stay.
This place is called Wonderland. It's so named because there are beings here who at least somewhat resemble (or perhaps patterned themselves after) the characters in the Alice books by Charles Dogdson, who wrote them under the alias of Lewis Carroll. There is no known way of escaping. The living seem to coexist with the dead and time, at least in terms of entering is very flexible. However, in spite of that it's the year 2008 (or, slightly less likely 2020, but the technology is a bit backwards for that).
Most interestingly of all, life and death seem to be flexible here; the dead seem to coexist with the living.
Oh, and apparently odd things happen, although I was completely unable to make sense of them from the descriptions given me. Only one I did was about the place being overrun with rats.

You'll be relieved to know neither me or Rose are in need of rescuing.
As for the TARDIS... I'm doubtful she's even here.

And I see you don't need rescuing, although I have to disagree. We need to get out of this place, and I don't think any of us can do it alone.
...As for the TARDIS... I already miss the old girl.

We do need to get out. I was actually hoping if you showed up, you'd have your TARDIS. Looks like we're going to have to find some other way.
Guess me and Rose will have to keep you company instead, then. I'll keep an eye out for her though. Just in case.

The last thing I remember clearly is Cardiff. We travelled about a bit after that, but nothing really happened... then I found myself here.
But Rose said that there were Daleks on Satellite 5, and she took in the Time Vortex. An I regenerated... What'd I miss? What happened?

Not that I want to leave myself... but I have a friend who wants to go home. And if I don't, it might disrupt the timeline.
