Ma Cocotte Bleu

I love my new cocotte (dutch oven i think in english). 
I also love my magic cooker that i leave my soup in overnight....keeps my stomach and heart warm on cold winter nights. By the way i hate raw celery but celery added in soup adds a great flavour.
I would like to buy a blowtorch to make creme brulee...that would be so cool to make my favourite

hey no problem...if you crave chinese food i can always cook you comfort dishes! if you want french i don't think i can match the restaurants yet =P
