Man, I was so eager to have Barricade yell at you guys to tag your entries but I guess it's okay enough to just do this myself. FOR NOW.

(Oh, hell, if you really want to hear him, he's right here.So you guys are doing a decent job tagging, but I'd like to let you know that you really need to have - at the very least - a ratings tag and subject ( Read more... )

I kinda think we need PG, NC-17 tags, or else we post something in the Profile saying what type of rating systems we use. I tend to use PG, PG-13, but I noticed that when I tagged my entries as such, the tags sorta disappeared. D:

I'm not sure if we need the 'gearshift' tag, but I think we DO need a NSFW tag. *looks at list again*

What's the difference between M-rated and MA-rated? (Also, is there a reason we seem to have MPRA ratings, ff.net ratings, and ESRB ratings? Or am I seeing things?)

We probably need something for fluff. Or for 'slashy but not slash.' And for Mikaela! And do we ever get non-suspicious polls?

Definitely the NSFW tag. I use my laptop in a very public breakroom at work, and once had to slam Deepthought shut because I clicked something that wasn't tagged properly.

A set rating system would be great, probably based off of FF.N rating system, since most of the work is linked through there.

M-rated is basically the same as an R rated movie. MA-Rated is more like NC-17, so to speak. As for the different ratings... Most people use the Movie Ratings and others use the ff.net ones or other rating systems they're used to.

It's no big for me, really, because I tend to look at what the header says (if there's a header) before the tags, but it's a bit of a scramble to have so many ratings tags. That's all.

Hmmm.... A few that I know are good for tags are...

- Designated Rating Tags
- Discussion
- Off Topic-esque (-cough- I know that the Real Heights for the Transformers is a good thing but it's kinda Off Topic here...)
- Autobot!Sam since we seem to have a few of those.

I prefer to use the Movie Ratings because that's what I'm used to, really but... I can switch to the other one if needed.

If there's one for autobot!sam, there should be one for human!bee, maybe? If there isn't already. It's difficult to tell because this layout doesn't show tags unless you click on every post.
