You have such an beautiful way with words and images. And one of the things I love about this imcomparable series is how *vivid* every actions is, how detailed--and especially how you aren't afraid to highlight the mechanics and machinery of our dear transformers.

Rachet and Ironhide! *huggles them* ♥. This chapter blew me away again. Each section just keeps getting better! I'm so glad we got to see them get together, and the intimacy was so beautiful--hesitant, raw, hot, beautiful, rough, painful, and tender all at once. I appreciate the way you stay so true to your characters.

I'm so glad to see that people actually remember this after...ack, six months. Beating Ratchet into submission took some time, I'm afraid, but I'm relieved to see that the levels of intimacy between him and Ironhide actually work.

I was pleasantly surprised by Ironhide refusing to play control games with Ratchet, and good for him by refusing to do so. Ratchet was not in a healthy state of mind, and it could have gone very badly very quickly. Go Ironhide for realizing it and not backing down about it.

Also, I loved Ironhide's fascination with Ratchet's saws. That was a really nice touch.

Poor Wheeljack! And poor Bumblebee, too, he's going to work himself into knots worrying about spark sharing with Wheeljack and passing on any 'taint'. -pets both of them-

Ironhide is definitely much more perceptive about Ratchet than Ratchet would like to admit, and he certainly knows when Ratchet is trying to test him.

Thank Flarn for Ironhide's weaponry obsession, which suits the character so marvelously well.

And I can promise that the wait between chapters will not be quite so long this time. -_-;

Okay, I haven't read it yet (school's in a few minutes) but I had to comment to tell you exactly how wonderfully, stupendously happy you've made me and my day just by posting this. This series was one of the first things I read in this fandom and it's one of my absolute favorites. So, instead of rushing through it before school (even though I really wanna ;_;) I'm going to wait anxiously to come home and savor it. :D
