[MOD] Question about Sister-Community

Would anyone be interested if I made a secondary community for general Transformers2007 fic? Instead of posting only Bee/Sam, the community would be open for Gen fic, het, and other slash couples.

If there's enough interest, I'll make it so we have somewhere to post all the non-BeeSam fics we might have in our heads.

Kind of, yeah. I mean it would certainly be interesting. I have a few ideas spinning around in my head.

Then I could moan and complain about how when Ironside is thinking about Bumblebee and the 'younger generation' on Cybertron in your fic breaks my heart every time.

Aww Ironhide. I'm getting less and less hurt over writing that fic and more and more concerned for him D: He gets pretty emo.

It just seems like a really weird parallel to our own world, in a way, in the way that Ironside kind of described it. The depravity, the innocence, the immanent destruction.

I'm open to the idea. I can't very well post my current [WiP] fanfiction here. It's more general and focuses on Sam's PoV to the Autobots/Cybertrons. A rewrite of the movie.

Though it seems like a good idea, there really are quite a few transformers fanfic/art communities on the net. But don't let me discourage you! Just from personal experience. Sometimes i see the same fics tons of times because people x-post all the time. Why not affiliate with some other comms?

I considered that, but someone told me that the only other active TF community nowadays is mecha_erotica - and while everyone loves robot porn, I figure not everyone wants to just post smut all day :/

Said me, and turns out I'm wrong-- but it was the only one I could find when I did an interests-search for movie comms. (And when I searched about six months back looking for ANYTHING that had updated recently that wasn't focused on G1, but that's old data.)

So, uh, oops?
