Notes: I really love Atlantia's work-in-progress "Ignition". The scene depicted is from chapter two, and just continues to haunt me! Maybe because I looked up a red giant on Wikipedia...and it's estimated our sun will go red giant in 4.5 billion years...

I read chapter two the day Atlantia posted (Psh. As if I would ever miss any of his updates) and that scene in particular stuck with me. I wandered through the rest of the day on autopilot, with the words five billion years, five billion years cycling through my stunned brain like an audio loop. Truly powerful stuff, that. *Shivers*

You did an excellent job of capturing that scene of bleak, undying devotion. The gunmetal gray of Bee's armor contrasts very nicely with the blood red of the fading gas giant. Truly wonderful work! *Applauds*

Yes, that scene is SO powerful! It absolutely amazes me how someone is able to put it into words and create the scene I felt so compelled to draw. I was thinking of trying this scene again, but in traditional media. I have a bit more experience with it.

Such a wonderful scene (well your stories have many wonderful scenes...) and I really wanted to draw it. I may try again in colored pencil, mainly because I have more control with it. Thanks so much ♥
