Well it would matter what the writer had in mind for the fic. Like Stylissimo suggest it could kill Sam or it could form a protective space around Sam (a bit like how a oyster founds a pearl around a sand grain) I mean it would be really messy and probably damaging to Bee if Sam went squish inside of Bee.
If you go with the pearl idea you're left will shome quesions. Can Sam interact with Bee while inside? Can he gets air and other necessaries of life inside or is he in subspended animation? Can Bee transform back into his car mode with Sam the pearl inside of him? And if so will Sam then be freed?
Oh. I didn't mean that Bee would actually finish the transformation. That would really be a disaster. I was rather thinking about an attempt of it, where he stops almost instantly, but the fact of it almost having happened gives them both a shake. It's more about mental issues than physical, I guess...

Yeah but something could force him to transform and he won't be able to stop himself. Hey we could have a pregant Bumblebee if the pearl ends up around what be Bee's stomach area if he was a human.

but then again Decepticons/Autobots have kept things inside their chest cavity's before Granted not Very BIG things but there may be just enough Room for Sam to Escape serious harm and Bee could make adjustments to make enough room becuase I doubt he'd seriously forget his precious cargo :3
