BeerDiabla is the business manager at the theater we attended opening night for a Neil Simon play. This was an interesting experience as high school was
the last time I attended a play -plus I got the whole behind the scenes view and VIP access [free beer].

Glad to hear you're embarking on a quest of theatrical enjoyment. There is a LOT of good stuff out there, much of which has more than an edge of darkness.
I saw a production of Metamorphosis last April, it was insane, dark, deviant and brilliant. There was a touch of dystopia there too. ;)

I mentioned this to her and she said that she wouldn't see it with me - that meant that I'd like it. :>

She also remarked that it's rarely put on due to the complexity/difficulty of the production. Now I'm really intrigued.
