Exploring London in October 2018 [Day 1/3]

A recent comment on Twitter made me think of a musical I saw in London in 2018 yet when I went looking for my photos to reminisce, I couldn't find any online report, except for two pics in my Instagram! I can't remember why I never got around to sharing more photos, especially when that trip was actually one of my most in depth explorations of

I take it you keep a journal at the time other wise I'm prepared to be mega impressed at your memory LOL
There's quite a few places there I've never seen - but then I have rarely been to London as a tourist to just explore. I learned loads after I realised taking the tube was not the best way to get around though, walking or on the bus you see so much more.

Haha, I used to take notes, but since the digital camera I take photos of streetsigns (there are a few in this picspam) whenever I go exploring, to find my way back when I get lost. All the photos helped spark my memory, but from this trip I had a written out version of the Secret London Walk plus I documented most tourist information signs (e.g. Postmans Park), so when I put everything together, I could make a somewhat coherent post;)

I love the tube (well, before the pandemic anyway;) but even down there you have to do a lot of walking (+stairs) and above ground you at least get rewarded with sights (and space:)

I have only been to London once. There are a lot of interesting impressions left, but looking at your photos, I understand that I was in completely different places)) Of course, London is a very large and beautiful city. And it was very interesting for me to follow your route))

It's an awesome town. Over the years I've visited London a lot and I *still* find new corners to explore! Happy to have been able to show you some of them:)
