BigBang ARTPOST! For Grimoire by yasmine32068
Here it is: my first ever artwork for a BigBang in what to me still feels like a brandspanking new fandom: SPN/J2 RPS. I've had so much fun since I signed up for this, I hope you all enjoy the results of my fiddling:)
I was thrilled to be able to pick Yasmine32068's cool story (go read it!!):

Summary: Jared Padalecki likes his life. He owns his own business, has a great room mate, and good friends. The only thing missing in his perfect world is someone to share it with. So what if he owns a mystic bookstore, has psychic gifts, or that his room mate is a couple of centuries old and happens to be dead. When gorgeous Jensen Ackles walks through the doors of his shop, his life becomes even stranger.
Is it safe, is it safe?
I tried to keep ficspoilers out of the banner and covers; my intention was to hint at characters and plot in a way that would lure you into the story without revealing anything. When you finish reading you should revisit the artwork to hopefully discover all the references I put in there:) All the images are rated PG13.
CD- & Bookcovers
While the back of the CD-cover is clearly based on the banner, I tried to show the more emotional content of the story on the front cover:
On the bookcover (for the pdf) I wanted to make clear that the story is from Jared's point of view:
You probably won't notice the mild spoilers in the chapterheaders and sectiondividers, but the character-photos are full on displays of Yasmine's wonderful imagination, so you should read the story first. I put those pictures in a clearly marked spoiler-zone, so consider yourself warned. Scroll down to the icons for non-spoilery pretty:)

I had no idea this project was going to be such a big part of my life for the past months(!) and I would like to thank all my friends, family and co-workers who offered support throughout, especially the ones who had no clue what I was babbling about, but indulged me anyway;) I have to mention artistic_sillie, tanisafan and BflyW for being there when I needed to flail or be distracted. \o/

I had planned to give my personal thoughts and feelings on the finished artwork, but this post is already huge and I decided I don't want to bore you with my insecurities and pride for every individual piece. You are however hereby invited to feed either one of those feelings:)
So. There you have it. Like/Don't like? Tell me! I love all kinds of comments (and frankly could do with some attention after working on this on my own for so long;)
