When we got to the hospital on Saturday and they told us that he could come home whenever he wanted! So we went back later in the day and collected him, bag and baggage. Glad to hear he's out of the hospital and doing well AND that you have a support. Pyjamas sound just about right for today, me thinks

It's been interesting, especially as he is not a man given to bedwear (shall we say!!). Plus everything needs to be at least a size bigger as his tummy is a little distended at the moment.

Go gently, all of you. I'd love to be able to visit, but it's going to be a while with my current lack of strength. There are people praying for you around the world - several people have said how glad they are to be able to do that for you both.

Thankyou sweetheart. I will try and call you in the next few days. I'm grateful for those prayers, the whole diocese here seems to know and we are happy to be held in this way.

I'm glad DT is feeling well enough to be home. I had an appendectomy when I was 13 so I can relate. Sucks.

They just said he could go if he wanted to. And he did. So we brought him home. It's nice to have him home, I couldn't believe he was real on Saturday, I had to keep going and just looking at him for a while.
