Our traditional Christmas Eve dinner of chicken & smoked sausage gumbo (Emeril's recipe) and panettone bread & butter pudding (Jamie Oliver's recipe) is over, and the husband is doing the dishes. (Nope, I didn't have to train him - he actually came that way.) *g*
