These things never happen to me either sadly, although I'm about half convinced that I saw Benedict Cumberbatch on the tube once. Looked quite a lot like him and there were a couple of people giggling and pointing who seemed to think it was him, but I'm not quite convinced...

I once thought I saw Jonathan Rhys Meyers in Leicester Square. I was so certain that I later did a bit of cyber sleuthing to find out if he was even in London on that date. I found a report that he was actually out of the country, so apparently he has a double. ;)

For me it is always the no quite famous people I see. They were famous once... no one cares about them five minutes from now... etc.
