Lucky bastard. I'm saving all my pennies for the Red Dwarf con in spring 2013 to head to the UK. I read about this and wept that I can't go :(

I really could not resist. I had such a good time at the 11th Hour, and it's David Tennant! Traveling to Birmingham is a bit of a bitch, but it's worth it.

Yeah, I remember Birmingham when I was there in '99 for the Chronicles Highlander con :) The entire city shut down at 6pm and we couldn't find anywhere to eat. Had to order (very expensive) room service.

Ahh, David. Seeing him at SDCC in 2006 was just not enough. I'm hoping to do double con-duty while in the UK next spring. There has to be a con or play with actors I want to meet :)

Over the weekend, I picked up another Birmingham Con (hopefully -- if the ticket sale went through!)

Welcome back to England m'dear!! :D. Now, what are the chances of the Barrowman being announced as a Guest as well? Now *that* would make me even happier :D.

I'm not holding my breath, but I must admit that I've been harboring the same crazy thoughts about the possibility of Barrowman. *g*
