Farpoint

I spent yesterday with selannia and bleukittie at Farpoint con in Timonium, Maryland. We booked tickets back in July when the guests were to be Adam Baldwin and John Billingsley. Since then they both had to cancel. (I swear Adam is avoiding me, as this is the second con he's canceled that I was attending.) But the show must go on, and the Farpoint folks rounded up ( Read more... )

That sounded like fun. I can't imagine Peter going out for drinks. No, wait - he does that a lot.

Can't wait to see you in a few months. We will have a blast.

Someone asked about Mag Seven, and she said that her time on that show was her favorite job ever. She said that besides the fact that she was surrounded by hunky guys, the set was a very fun and relaxed place. And she thought it was very special because the fans brought it back from cancellation. :)

If I don't get your picture to you in a couple of days, poke me.

Great to see you and selannia and even better that you got home safe. Those were some serious winds!

Thanks for the goodies too.

It was great to see you, too! Have you decided where to hang your new art?

There seems to be quite a bit of free space in the office. But I need a nice frame. Off to the craft store!!!

Sounds like you had a great time!! And Tahmoh is looking ever so lovely ::grins:: And I'd forgotten that Laurie Holden was in Mag 7! That's why she looked so familiar when I was watching "The Walking Dead".

And yay for the Vampire Ball!!!

I never watched The Walking Dead past the pilot episode, so I didn't get to Laurie's character. And I've never watched Mag 7, either. Apparently she was in X-Files, but I don't remember her at all. So I was at a bit of a disadvantage during her talk, but she seems very nice.
