This is great. I really feel like you've managed to get into all of the character's heads and explained their motivations very well :) Particularly loved Finn's since we aren't getting much insight into how he's feeling at the moment :( I think I'll use it as my head canon if you don't mind!

Oh wow, this is so beautifully heartbreaking. I love how it shows that no two members in New Directions are going through the same thing (regardless of being in relationship with another member) and that every teenager, no matter how popular or successful, has some issue to deal with, some obstacle to overcome.

You really captured their voices beautifully.
