Summer is working it's way to the end. One month and 4 more days until I move into my new apartment. It couldn't possibly go any slower. I'm enjoying my job a lot more now a days. Probably because I know it's almost over and i'm trying to pick up as many hours as I can so I can get some money stacked up for school. I think I am going to be ( Read more... )

I would go, REALLY, I would... but seeing as I havent had a job since um.. December.. I have very little money :o(

what ever happened to getting that job at claires?

well.. I worked for a day and then quit (and didnt get paid for my one day either!!) Um.. they wanted me to be a part time manager and like open the store, close the store (like, turn off the lights, close 2 registers, do a bunch of calculations with the money.. um..pull the gate down and lock it... make night deposits..) And.. I was like.. yeah thats A LOT of responsibility and I didnt like the fact that I'd be alone at night closing.. and be in charge of a bunch of money.. and my mom didnt want me to have to do night deposits.. and all that stuff.. so yeah, I quit. But TGI Fridays just called me today... so maybe I can get a LITTLE money from there.. perhaps..
