Since when does being full of cheese equal lack of protein?

I guess I filed cheeses more in fats than proteins? I wrote this in the middle of the night, and retract my statement of nutritional ignorance.

I think I went to Silver Spurs when I was in NYC for training in February.

... yeah, I definitely did, because I was in the Nielsen building, which is like 770 Broadway.

I mistakenly had a salad instead. Now I know better!

They also have good burgers! And great fries and lemonade.

Requesting clarification: "sandwich" in Australia generally means two slices of bread with some sort of filling, but I take it "sandwich" in this context means a long roll cut open but generally still attached down one side, with some sort of filling?

Out of curiosity, what do Australians call the long roll cut open etc. sort of sandwich. Admittedly that has a lot of names in America if it's a long roll, like hoagie, submarine, grinder, etc. But also a lot of times sandwiches involve a cut open roll of any length, just as often as they involve slices off a loaf. Basically any bread makes a sandwich, I feel. If it involves a tortilla, that's a wrap. ba dum ching!

Since you are in New York and I am not, I have a challenge for you, on my behalf. Eat every single one of these as a victory celebration:
