In the last 2-3 months I've lost about 5-10 pounds. I can't be specific because I didn't formally start this with a weigh in and a chart, I'm just going by the fact that last winter I was hovering in the high 180s (I was petrified of exceeding 190, which would definitely be the heaviest I've ever been) and now I'm down to 175. I'm working on cutting out HFCS too. I got to keep reminding myself to look at the packages though. Sometimes I find it in things I wouldn't think of. I have pretty much cut out soda. I had one at the con, it came with the meal I had with Andrew and Amanda but driving home I could feel such a crash. So now I know better. I actually ate pretty decently during the con which was good for me since I normally and terrible break my diet and it tends to be hard for me to get back on the bike once I stopped ( ... )

Hey, good show! Keep up the good work. It can indeed be frustrating when people have magic bullet success with weight loss; I've never been that person. Yeah, I've cut way down on candy and soda for the last 8 years, but it's only kept me 5-10 lbs. lower than my heaviest weight in all that time. And at my lightest, I was way too caffeinated and got sick alot.

This entry has motivated me to get back into a real exercise routine again - I let it drop sometime in late June, probably because it was so terribly hot and humid. Gotta suck it up and follow your example!
