I'm working on some tarot cards just for fun. I hardly get to do any of that now days. Also trying to decide whether or not I like the textured background on the death card.

I love 'em -- do a whole set! And I think the texture on the Death card fits with the theme, but if it's the only textured card, it wouldn't fit with the rest.

Thanks! Yeah I think if I added the texture it would have to be to all of them. Maybe not the same texture for all of them though.

I'm going to try to start with the major arcana and see from there. I'm already having problems with some of the cards. We'll see.

Wow, nice! I'm a sucker for alternative versions of the Tarot (loved Indigo Kelleigh's 8-Bit Tarot, for example). I look forward to seeing what you'll do.

Unrelated: I continue to get compliments on the Green Lamp shirt you designed. It was a big hit at GenCon last weekend.

Yeah I saw the 8-Bit Tarot. That was totally rad! I'm not sure I'm going to have the energy to do the whole deck, but at least hopefully the Major Arcana.
