Here's a thought: Why not take this opportunity to tell me a little something about yourself? Any old thing at all. Just so the next time I see your name I can say: "Ah, there's so and so...she likes office supplies."

When I was little I wanted to break a world record. I didn't care what it was. So my friends and I decided we would play the world's longest game of Monopoly. I think we gave up after three hours. That says quite a lot about my personality!

I grew up in England. Moved to FL when I was 15. Although my passprt doesn't agree, I would really consider myself American now.

- I looove picking out outfits for Orla to wear.. its like dressing a doll! :) hee hee
- I studied abroad in 89/90 in Ireland and toured mainland Europe via a train pass for 2 wks or so with barely any money (amazes me that I did that)
- I think about a particular ex boyfriend a lot (too much)
- I would love to one day make it to New Zealand and Australia

Traveling on the train pass with little money is very impressive. I'm sure it was a blast. I always find that the trips I spend the least on are always a ton of fun. Makes you wonder!

my friend Ellen and I travelled together (she is from Maine and we are still in touch now al these yrs later). I kept a journal and it was amazing to reread it recently! at one point she and I seperated in Venice cause I couldn't afford to go to the museum she wanted to go - I was petrified but yet so proud of myself for getting around Venice on my own :) I was 20 then. I followed the sun.. I knew the train station where we were meeting was in the west. We also stayed in a nunnery in Venice.. it was cheap.. it was like 50 girls in one huge room.
