LESSON 363 (Same as 362)

This holy instant would I give to You.

Be You in charge. For I would follow You, certain that Your direction gives me peace.

And if I need a word to help me, He will give it to me. If I need a thought, that will He also give. And if I need but stillness and a tranquil, open mind, these are the gifts I will receive ( Read more... )

any chance of you clarifying that for me?

I generally find your posts uplifting and informative.

When you refer to he, are you refering to just any man? or someone or something in particular?

Thank you for the kind words regarding the posts.

This particular entry looks like it will repeat itself for a few more days-- I did not write it myself, but will provide my understanding of what it is trying to say (this may not truly be what it IS saying, just what I think it is saying).

the 'You' and the 'He' (notice capitalization of the words to denote 'a person of importance') I believe to mean GOD.
However, since GOD is denoted as two different pronouns- the 'You' aspect of GOD is the all-present everything that is GOD,

while the 'He' could mean 'the Holy Spirit' or some outside person/force directed by GOD--since EVERYTHING is GOD and comes from GOD--- 'He' could be anything that GOD uses as an instrument of communication with the reader [holy spirit, a random person who gives a synchronistic message, etc].

So, yes 'any THING/MAN/COINCIDENCE' that is specifically being used by GOD at the moment to convey the message which GOD is sending, etc.

Does that make any sense, or do you have a different interpretation?

i was raised a catholic and as much as i have broken rules i am sorry for doing so. In this modern era i am easily drawn to temptation. Its a sad thing but i realise when and why i am, not that is any excuse.

I agree with what is said, its just the context of the language. Its like going to a protestant church when catholic. I was raised catholic and have an understanding of the trinity between the father, son and holy spirit. The triune God being all three, it is difficult making such distinctions. They say through Jesus our sins our forgiven because he understands our nature and that the holy spirit is the truth within us, guiding the way.

I agree that the truth of god speaks within us as all and that jesus can understand us all, sadly i am lacking the third part. I really liked your last post (or ralph marstons?) about asking why and saying i dont understand. It was a cracker. Do you have views on my problems?
