I was awake at 6.50 this morning and got out of bed at 7.45 whats going on thats really good for me. i think if i can do that again tomorrow i think i'll go for a walk before fair trade breakfast. and once my bike comes from home i'll start riding to richmond park and do a couple of laps before work ( Read more... )

I was up till 1 last night finishing off work and i have been in the office since 7 doing the same. oh what fun oh well i get to have a good drink tonight after all the fun of helping about 400 students move in ;-)

well it has almost been a week since me and Jess having been going out. It is surprising to me how long a week can be. It seems like a lifetime ago that we were at Proms in the Park but it iwas only a 6 days ago.
