I am officially allergic to the following antibiotics, and in an emergency, I will probably die:

- Amoxicillin (and if I am allergic to this, then I am automatically allergic to Penicillin)
- Tetracycline (no rash or hives, but giant purply splotches on my legs and arms

My company's EMR (electronic medical record) software is in place at Kaiser - they are our largest customer.

It's so funny you say that, because when I was in the office today and she was using the interface, I was like, "That logo looks familiar..." and I went back to my office and checked my business card Rolodex (yes, I have one, ONLY for business cards) and you had the same logo. Haha.

sulfa is a really common one to be allergic to though. they rx it for UTIs and a lot of women don't tolerate it well.

I don't know why she gave it to me when she knew I was sensitive to all the other ones!
