sadly the time change doesn't really seem to lead to much energy saving. I heard a piece about it on the bbc, but all i could find after a quick google search is this article.
I am planning a garage sale for later on in the spring. I have so much stuff from college I think could find a good home. Plus I have a million vases and twinkle lights from my wedding I want to get rid of.
The daylight savings things is torture for a couple of weeks for me! I have been getting up at 5 am to go to work and I couldn't do it this morning. It was pretty much 4 am and I couldn't fall asleep last night. I do enjoy that extra hour of light in the evenings. I feel more energetic when I get off work.
I wish I had as much motivation as you do, Ange. I woke up at 6:00am this morning to let Sophie out, and it was still pitch dark. So I crawled back in bed!
I actually get up at 5 to get to work by 6 or 6:30. My motivation for that is not working over the weekend! I have started a pretty good routine of going after work. But I HAVE to go directly from work or else I never make it to the gym. I usually go to bed around 10, but daylight savings has me all screwed up and I haven't been able to fall asleep.
I feel SO much better when I clean up and declutter, everything around me and about me feels lighter, and I can THINK and be more productive...I love it!

What time do you go to bed for a 5:00am workout?
